There is no exchange or refund policy unless the products are damaged during shipping. Any such damages would be replaced with the same product provided it is brought to the notice of the producer via email to info@tabletrendz.com on receipt of these products. Claims after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
The Customer will indemnify the Company for any losses caused beyond an amount equivalent to the purchase of the product or rupees thousand (INR 1000/-) whichever is lower in value.
In case of missing product, Table Trendz needs to be notified of missing product within 24 hours from the delivery date via email to info@tabletrendz.com
We will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product.
The email will be responded to within 24-48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
